Purchase agreement
Terms of Sale
Effective and last updated September 16, 2026
These terms apply when you buy a digital book from 3G Publishing. They explain exactly what you receive, how delivery works, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Who we are
The seller is Jessyka Mathews, a sole proprietor doing business as 3G Publishing ("3G Publishing," "we," "us," or "our"), 2166 W Broadway #1008, Anaheim, CA 92804-2446, United States. You can reach us at hello@3gpublishing.com or +1 (714) 400-2632.
2. Ordering and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. The total shown at Stripe checkout is the amount you authorize. Stripe processes your payment; 3G Publishing does not receive your full card number. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and access to the files is made available. We may cancel and refund an order when we reasonably suspect fraud, a pricing or technical error, or an unlawful transaction.
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. If you buy for another person, you are responsible for ensuring they may receive and use the files under these terms.
3. Digital delivery
Each purchased title includes one EPUB and one PDF. Delivery begins immediately after successful payment: your private order page displays the download controls, and we may also send the private order link to the email address provided at checkout. No physical product is shipped.
By requesting immediate delivery at checkout, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content before any otherwise applicable cancellation period ends. Where the law allows, you acknowledge that a statutory right to cancel or withdraw may end once digital delivery begins. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
Keep your order link private. Anyone with the link may be able to download your books. Contact us if the link or a file does not work.
4. Your license
3G Publishing retains ownership of the books and related intellectual property. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, read, and print a reasonable number of copies for your own use. You may not publish, sell, sublicense, upload, distribute, share publicly, remove rights notices from, or use the files to train an artificial-intelligence system without our written permission. Ordinary backups for your own use are allowed.
5. Educational—not medical—information
The books provide general education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for care from a qualified clinician who can consider your circumstances. Do not delay urgent or professional care because of something in a book. Call 911 in the United States, or your local emergency number, in an emergency.
6. Refunds and purchase problems
If a file is defective, inaccessible, duplicated, or not what you ordered, email hello@3gpublishing.com with your receipt so we can investigate and provide a working copy, correct the order, or issue an appropriate refund. Other refund requests are reviewed individually. We may disable access after a refund, reversal, or chargeback. Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, remedy, guarantee, or other consumer right that applies by law.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the store and files available, but temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We may update a book, the store, prices, or future offers. A later price change does not alter an order already accepted.
8. Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3G Publishing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or books. Our total responsibility for a claim connected with a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. These limits do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing law and disputes
California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts with jurisdiction in Orange County, California may hear disputes, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the concern informally. Nothing here prevents either party from using a small-claims court where eligible or limits non-waivable consumer protections.
10. General terms
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. We may transfer this agreement as part of a merger, sale, or reorganization; you may not transfer your license or order rights without our permission. These Terms of Sale, together with the price and product description shown at checkout, form the purchase agreement.
